Seasonal Concierge

As a seasonal concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at a hotel or resort in Triesen. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answering questions and providing recommendations for local activities and attractions, making reservations for guests, and ensuring that all guest requests are promptly fulfilled. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, managing guest luggage, and coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests.

To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills and be fluent in English. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. This is a seasonal position with a salary of 900$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of your employment and visa sponsorship may also be available for applicants who require it.
