The role of Concierge requires an individual with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing a high level of hospitality to guests. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow up on any outstanding requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures as needed
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel services, facilities, and policies to provide accurate information to guests

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have own visa or work permit for Triesen (foreigners welcome)
- Must have a positive attitude, be reliable, and have a strong attention to detail

Salary:
Starting salary of 1200$ per month with potential for bonuses based on performance. This is a seasonal job with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Location:
Our hotel is located in the beautiful city of Triesen. We welcome applications from Canadians as well as foreigners who have the necessary work authorization.
