Hotel Concierge

As a Hotel Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their inquiries, making reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities. You will also be responsible for handling guest requests and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's facilities
- Assist guests with their inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, shows, or other events
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain knowledge of current events, dining options, and special promotions in the area to provide accurate recommendations to guests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Act as a point of contact for VIP guests, providing personalized service to meet their specific needs
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner and escalate as necessary

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein

Work Schedule: Full-time
