We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service and follow proper food safety protocols
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for all team members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes meet our standards
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or residency permit for foreigners is preferred
