Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Jeddah is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of the construction project, from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Utilize resources efficiently and effectively to achieve project goals
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Review and approve subcontractor bids and contracts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6 is preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month (tax-free)
