Experienced Truck Driver


We are in need of an experienced truck driver to join our team in Braga. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. Your main duty will be to operate a large commercial vehicle, such as a tractor-trailer or heavy-duty truck, to deliver various items.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport goods and materials over short or long distances within the city of Braga
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues before each trip
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Secure cargo for transport using straps, ropes, blocks, chains, or covers
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Communicate with dispatchers, other drivers, and customers as needed

Requirements:
- Valid Class A or B commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Proven work experience as a truck driver (minimum of 2 years)
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations
- Ability to drive long hours and travel frequently within the city of Braga
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and operate loading equipment (e.g. forklift)
- Familiarity with GPS devices and electronic logging systems is preferred

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
