Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Multan. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's network and system infrastructure. Your main duties will include troubleshooting network issues, installing and configuring software, monitoring network performance, and ensuring the security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network issues reported by employees or detected by monitoring tools
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for the company's network
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal availability and reliability
- Implement security measures to protect our systems from cyber threats
- Collaborate with other IT teams to develop and implement new technologies
- Perform regular backups of critical data to ensure data recovery in case of system failures
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network and system-related inquiries or issues
- Document all network procedures, configurations, and changes for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, DNS/DHCP services, and routing/switching protocols
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience with firewall configuration, security protocols (e.g. VPN), and data backup/recovery methods
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
