Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct location
- Managing and organizing office documents, including filing, scanning, and copying
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Making travel arrangements for staff members
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Keeping track of inventory and restocking as needed
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Providing support for other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work is essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1700 per month
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. The successful candidate must have a valid biometric passport.
