Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Gather and process large datasets from multiple sources
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends/patterns
- Create reports and visualizations using data analysis tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
- Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy
