We are hiring a seasoned Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a hotel, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining high standards of customer service, and maximizing profitability. This is an urgent position with a competitive salary of 1700$, suitable for English-speaking individuals without accommodation. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Ensure all staff members are trained and motivated to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction with their stay
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless functioning of all hotel operations
- Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food and beverage management, maintenance procedures, etc.
- Understanding of financial management principles and experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexibility to work long hours or on weekends as needed
