Job Title: Equipment Operator

We are currently hiring an experienced Equipment Operator for our construction company in Beer-Sheva. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to assist with various projects on the job site. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project specifications
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the job site
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator in the construction industry
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Knowledge of different types of heavy equipment and their capabilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Hebrew)
