Roofer Supervisor


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Roofer Supervisor to lead our team of roofers in Vilnius. As a Roofing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs for residential and commercial buildings. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of your team and adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of roofers, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed on time and according to quality standards
- Train new employees on roofing techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect job sites to assess roofing needs, prepare cost estimates, and order necessary materials
- Install, repair, or replace roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed by your team at all times
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer Supervisor or similar role with at least 5 years of experience in roofing
- In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Malayalam (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to work at heights in various weather conditions
- Valid biometric passport (preferred)

Salary: 1200$ per month
