Part-Time Executive Chef
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Sheduva. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring high-quality food production. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone with other commitments or students looking to gain experience in the culinary industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage menus, ensuring variety and quality of dishes
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and presentation standards are met
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients, while keeping within budget constraints
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food safety and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Formal culinary training or degree preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this part-time position.
