Job Title: International Merchandising Coordinator


We are searching for an International Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Kaunas. As the ideal candidate, you should be fluent in English and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position, offering a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage international merchandising operations for our company, coordinating with suppliers and vendors from various countries
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment
- Oversee product merchandising, including pricing, promotions, and product placement
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with international clients and vendors
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations preferred but not required
