Architectural Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Architectural Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This position requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural design projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Review and approve architectural drawings and plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.
- Mentor and train junior architects on the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Siauliai, Lithuania. We welcome candidates from Pakistan or any other foreign country who are legally eligible to work in Lithuania.
