Preservation Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the restoration and preservation of historic buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting site assessments, developing preservation plans, preparing documentation for regulatory approvals, and supervising construction projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of historic building materials and construction techniques
- Strong understanding of local and national preservation regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable)

Location: Atlanta (open to applicants from Egypt or other foreign countries)
