Gardener and Landscaper

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener and Landscaper to join our team in Balzers. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties, ensuring they are kept in pristine condition at all times. As a Landscaper, you will use your creativity and expertise to design and create beautiful outdoor spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain existing gardens by mowing lawns, pruning plants, weeding, fertilizing, and watering.
- Plant new flowers, trees, and shrubs according to seasonal availability.
- Design and create new garden layouts based on client preferences and site conditions.
- Install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
- Monitor plant health and make recommendations for pest control or disease treatment when needed.
- Operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, pruners, and other tools.
- Keep track of inventory of gardening supplies and order new stock when needed.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their outdoor spaces.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Gardener or Landscaper.
- Knowledge of different types of plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Creativity in designing outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary: 1400$ per month
Location: Balzers
