Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Multan. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs, and create functional and visually appealing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, budget and timeline for commercial building projects
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Monitor progress of construction and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Multan (accommodation provided)
