We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Svalbard. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus according to seasonal availability and trends
- Ensure high quality standards for food preparation and presentation

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food costs and develop strategies to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel

- Proven track record of managing food costs while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
