We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Preservation Architect, you will play a crucial role in preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, ensuring they maintain their cultural and historical significance while also meeting modern safety and functionality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic structures to determine their condition and identify necessary preservation or restoration work
- Develop preservation plans that incorporate both structural integrity and aesthetic considerations
- Utilize specialized techniques and materials to repair or restore historic structures while maintaining their original character
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure preservation projects are completed successfully
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of historic preservation
- Extensive knowledge of architectural history, conservation principles, and traditional building materials
- Strong understanding of local building codes and preservation guidelines
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this contract position.
