Architecture Manager

We are a renowned architecture firm located in Fonvieille and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as coordinating with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, and software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance throughout the project

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
