International Chef


We are seeking an experienced and skilled International Chef to join our team in Izhevsk. As an International Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of dishes from different cuisines, showcasing your expertise in both flavor and presentation. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality of food is served to our customers. This position requires a strong understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations from different cultures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes from various international cuisines
- Create new and innovative menu items that cater to different tastes and dietary restrictions
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and plating methods
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an International Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Attention to detail with a focus on presentation and flavor balance
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be fluent in English

Salary:
1200$ per month

Location:
Izhevsk, Russia

Preference:
Indian or Kenyan nationality preferred but open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is necessary for this position.
