Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Akron. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades. This includes working with various materials such as glass, aluminum, and stone. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights. This position offers a salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation. Applicants must have their own visa and we encourage women to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged or malfunctioning facades using appropriate techniques and materials
- Perform routine maintenance on building facades to ensure longevity and functionality
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, especially when working at heights

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in facade installation/repair preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with building facades
- Strong understanding of different facade materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
