Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine



A popular Indian restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join their team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take orders in a timely and friendly manner
- Make menu recommendations and answer any questions about the food and beverages
- Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ensure proper table setup, including cutlery, glasses, and napkins
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues that may arise
- Process payments accurately using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Al-Rayyan without sponsorship

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
