Job Title: Industrial Architect - Triesen, Liechtenstein



Our architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients and project managers to develop innovative and functional designs that meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise in industrial architecture to develop creative and efficient building designs
- Conduct site visits and analyze existing structures to determine feasibility for renovation or expansion projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and timeline for the project
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues, and make necessary adjustments
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided along with a free visa and ticket. This opportunity is open to candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English.
