Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Lahore, Pakistan. As the project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, resources, and ensuring quality control and safety regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, timelines, and budget.
- Procure necessary permits and licenses for construction projects.
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities including subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
- Review and approve all project documentation such as contracts, change orders, bids, etc.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on the project's progress.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on job sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage project budget by monitoring expenses and making cost-saving decisions when possible.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, etc.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-Pakistani candidates if needed.

Location: The job is located in Lahore but may require occasional travel to different job sites within Pakistan.
