Senior Architect (Bergen, Norway)

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Architect to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architect to take on a leadership role and make an impact on our company's projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
- Develop and present design proposals, plans, and specifications to clients
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
