Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine the exact location, size, and boundaries of land or construction sites. You will use various tools and techniques such as GPS, lasers, and other surveying equipment to measure distances, angles, elevations, and contours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties
- Prepare detailed maps and reports of survey results
- Calculate areas, volumes, and other measurements using survey data
- Use computer software to process and analyze data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of survey results by checking for errors or discrepancies
- Maintain survey equipment and tools in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data from maps, diagrams, and blueprints
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with AutoCAD or other computer aided design software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Familiarity with construction processes

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ar Rumaythiyah (visa sponsorship available)
