Slinger Manager


The Slinger Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the slinging operations in Zagreb, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the equipment and personnel. They will also be responsible for supervising a team of slingers, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the slinging team, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Manage a team of slingers, providing training and guidance as needed
- Maintain equipment in good working condition, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Create work schedules for slinging team to ensure adequate coverage for all projects
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies as needed
- Communicate with project managers to coordinate slinging activities with project timelines
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new procedures to increase efficiency and productivity within the slinging operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a construction or industrial setting
- Extensive knowledge of slinging techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills such as email communication and data entry
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis
- Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred but not required
Salary: $900 per month
