Teamlead - Contract English Speaking (Chelyabinsk, Russia)


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. This is a contract position, with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project objectives
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching or training as needed
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software development company
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum, Jira) is a plus

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.
