Floral Designer/Florist


We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer/Florist to join our team in Manama. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique and visually appealing floral arrangements according to customer preferences and specifications
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral selections and taking orders
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporating them into your creations
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer/Florist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects such as flower buckets or vases
- Knowledge of different floral arrangement techniques such as hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, etc.
- Proficiency in using floral design tools such as scissors, wire cutters, ribbons, etc.
- Experience with wedding or event floristry is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with visa sponsorship. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
