Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Remish. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining a profitable business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
