Restaurant Manager
We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Indian restaurant in the city of Remish. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for upper management
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Remish, with accommodation provided if needed.
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.
