Technical Support Specialist
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Herzliya. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and customers. You will troubleshoot technical problems, answer customer inquiries, and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Diagnose technical problems and provide solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on new technology, products, and services
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or help desk role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Availability to work flexible hours if needed
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position. This is a part-time position without accommodation. We welcome candidates of all nationalities.
