Temporary Concierge
Location: Alta, Norway


We are in need of a Temporary Concierge to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with a variety of needs during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond for guests

Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position with no accommodation provided. The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in Norway. Visa sponsorship will be provided if necessary. The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
