Part-Time Network and Systems Administrator


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis in La-Condamine. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and virtual private networks (VPNs)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain security protocols to protect our network from potential threats
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data recovery in case of system failure
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and file sharing
- Keep track of software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network and system issues
- Stay updated on new technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements to our current systems

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN design, switching/routing protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Experience with Windows/Linux/Unix operating systems
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members at all levels

Salary:
This is a part-time position offering a salary of 1000$ per month.
