As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Utena, Lithuania. Your main responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and schedule staff
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct performance evaluations for employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage budgets and financial records, including monitoring expenses and revenues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian (other languages are a plus)
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
