Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are currently hiring a Restaurant Manager for our busy restaurant in Utena. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include managing and training staff, creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or relevant field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (Lithuanian language skills is an advantage)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Salary:
