Location: Zagreb, Croatia
Salary: $1600 per month



We are seeking a skilled Foundryman to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a foundry, with a strong understanding of casting techniques and materials. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment, monitoring the casting process, and producing high-quality metal castings. You should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment. English fluency is preferred but not required. Indians are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate foundry equipment such as furnaces, molds, and sand mixers
- Monitor the casting process to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished castings for defects and make necessary repairs
- Maintain proper inventory of raw materials and finished products
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in foundry work is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a foundry setting
- Strong knowledge of casting techniques and materials used in the process
- Familiarity with operating various foundry equipment such as furnaces, sand mixers, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions accurately
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working in a hot and physically demanding environment for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills; fluency in English is preferred but not required
