Foundry Supervisor


As a Foundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and operation of our foundry in Zagreb. You will ensure that all casting processes are carried out efficiently and according to quality standards. Your main duties will include managing a team of foundry workers, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of foundry operations including melting, molding, casting, and finishing
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
- Train and manage a team of foundry workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the casting process
- Order necessary materials and supplies for the foundry
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and increase efficiency

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in a foundry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of various casting techniques and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Zagreb, Croatia
