Restaurant Manager - Acre, Israel

We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Acre, Israel. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff on proper service techniques
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, changes, and goals

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Hebrew or English is preferred
