Restaurant Manager - Acre, Israel
Our well-established restaurant in Acre, Israel is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, managing and training staff, and ensuring high quality customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Create work schedules and handle any employee conflicts or performance issues
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries of all necessary supplies
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction with their dining experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew or Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and experience with inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have legal authorization to work in Israel (own visa preferred)
