Instrument Technician
As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems. This role requires a high attention to detail and technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems. You will be working with a team to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are also key for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair various types of instruments and control systems
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make necessary repairs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Work with team members to develop preventative maintenance plans
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with engineers to identify areas for improvement in instrumentation systems
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician or related role
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (Indian nationals preferred)
