Experienced Barista



We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Ensure consistent quality of products by following standard recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
- Take orders from customers and process payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers about our products and menu offerings
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Biometric passport or visa eligibility to work in Israel
