As a Loader in Funchal, your main responsibility will be to load and unload goods and materials from trucks, trains, ships, or other transportation vehicles. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload goods and materials onto/from transportation vehicles
- Verify quantity and quality of goods being loaded or unloaded
- Use various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials
- Ensure safe handling of fragile or hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Basic math and communication skills in order to verify quantities and communicate with team members
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:

This is an urgent job with a starting salary of $1800 per month. The salary may increase based on performance.

Location:

This position is located in Funchal, the capital city of Madeira, Portugal. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
