Hotel Sales Manager
Our hotel in Almada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective strategies and strong relationships with clients. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local market is preferred but not required
We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving sales, has a positive attitude, and enjoys building relationships with clients. This position does not require prior hotel experience but we do require someone who is eager to learn about the hospitality industry.
