Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Almada. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy for the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy for the hotel
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure all terms are met
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new ones
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
