Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join our team in Salalah. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, maintaining excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. No previous experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for foreigners looking to start their career in Salalah. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate. Fluency in English is not required for this role.

As a Sales Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and assisting them in finding the right products
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Meeting sales targets set by the company
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Collaborating with team members to achieve overall store goals

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. A passion for sales and customer service is also essential.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in English (not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
