Administrative Assistant - Bayan, Kenya
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bayan, Kenya. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing calendars, arranging meetings and appointments, and maintaining records and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Organize and maintain files and databases
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred
