Restaurant Manager (Canadian)
The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations for a Canadian restaurant located in Medina, ensuring that high-quality food and service are consistently provided to customers. They will be responsible for managing staff, creating schedules, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food industry and possess strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality food and service are consistently provided to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Create and maintain budgets for the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a manager or supervisor
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be legally eligible to work in Medina
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The restaurant is located in Medina.
